AudioWinner FAQ for DSP Car Audio Buyers

  • Q Can distributors or installers request samples before batch cooperation?

    A

Yes. Distributors and installers can request samples before batch cooperation when the product is active and sample stock is available. If a product page shows price and stock, sample purchase can use the normal Buy Now / Add to Cart path. For bulk pricing, accessories matching, customized harnesses, OEM/ODM services, shipping fee links, or 0-stock project discussion, please confirm with AudioWinner before payment. For faster support, please share the product model, quantity, shipping country, vehicle or project application, required accessories, and expected batch plan. You can start from All Products, compare DSP Car Amplifier and DSP Car Audio Processor options, or contact AudioWinner for sample-to-batch support.

  • Q Can AudioWinner support OEM/ODM projects?

    A

Yes. AudioWinner can support eligible OEM/ODM projects for DSP car amplifiers, pure DSP processors, accessories, plug and play harness projects, packaging, heatsink, software, and hardware customization. Feasibility depends on the target product, quantity, technical requirement, branding scope, testing plan, and project timeline. Please share your target market, product type, estimated quantity, logo or packaging requirement, software or hardware customization needs, vehicle platform if relevant, and expected launch schedule. You can review the OEM/ODM page, check All Products, or contact AudioWinner for project evaluation.

  • Q What is the difference between a DSP processor and a DSP amplifier?

    A

A DSP processor is mainly used for signal tuning, routing, EQ, crossover, time alignment, input/output management, and system control. It is suitable when the car audio system already uses external amplifiers or when an installer wants a flexible tuning core. A DSP amplifier combines DSP tuning with built-in amplifier channels, so it can process the signal and drive speakers in one device, which is often better for compact OEM audio upgrade packages and repeatable dealer installations. For product direction, compare the DSP Car Audio Processor line with the DSP Car Amplifier line, use the Auto Tuning DSP selection guide if the project needs auto tuning support, or read the DSP amplifier vs DSP processor comparison for a fuller B2B selection explanation.

  • Q How should distributors and installers choose a car DSP amplifier?

    A

Start with the vehicle speaker layout, required channel count, amplifier power, input method, control method, Bluetooth requirement, auto tuning requirement, harness requirement, and target price level. For value-focused projects, E Series is the cost-performance entry. For upgraded chips, amplifier performance, and usually stronger Bluetooth options, S Series is the upgrade direction. For higher power and sound-quality upgrade projects, T Series is the premium direction. For EV projects using A2B digital audio bus, A2B Series should be evaluated separately. If the project needs auto tuning, currently confirmed DSP car amplifier models include S68.6D, S48.6D, T68.6D, and T810.8L. You can review the DSP Car Amplifier category, the Auto Tuning DSP selection guide, or contact AudioWinner with your vehicle and project information.
