AudioWinner DSP680 is a standalone car audio DSP processor designed for professional systems using external amplifiers. Six high-level and six RCA inputs support integration with factory and aftermarket head units, while eight independently tunable 4Vrms RCA outputs provide flexible signal routing for multi-channel amplifier systems.

Its auto-tuning function helps installers measure and correct the vehicle's acoustic response. Optical and coaxial digital inputs, PC and mobile tuning, and optional Bluetooth 5.4 provide additional flexibility for professional car audio installations.

Connectivity and System Integration

DSP680 accepts up to six high-level input channels from factory audio systems or six RCA input channels from aftermarket source units. Optical and coaxial inputs provide additional digital-audio connection options.

Eight independently tunable RCA outputs deliver up to 4Vrms to external power amplifiers. This makes DSP680 suitable for active multi-channel systems and installations using separate amplifiers for different speaker groups.

DSP680 processes the audio signal but does not power the speakers directly. External amplifiers are required.

Auto Tuning for Faster System Calibration

With the optional measurement microphone connected, DSP680 can measure the vehicle’s acoustic response and generate initial correction settings. This gives installers a faster starting point before completing manual fine-tuning.

The final result depends on speaker installation, microphone placement and professional adjustment. Auto tuning assists the calibration process but does not replace final listening and system verification.

Professional Tuning and Control

Each output channel can be configured according to the connected speaker and amplifier arrangement. DSP680 provides:

Windows PC software provides the main professional tuning interface. Android and iOS control are available according to the selected external Bluetooth and controller configuration.

DSP680 uses the Cirrus Logic CS47048C-DQZR 32-bit DSP platform with 24-bit/192kHz ADC and DAC conversion for eight-channel signal routing, equalization, crossover control and time alignment.
